All though the captain was out of form but when the nation called for his bat, he batted out the lankans. His confident batting created history by making India the first nation to win the ICC World Cup  at home. Gautam Gambhir's 97 helped the country to stand-up to the challenge of Sri Lanka when the top order toppled in front of Milanga.  Yuvraj Singh Marches on with Team India after the Win The entire country went in shock when sachin was caught by the Sri Lankan skipper Kumar Sangakkara. Lasith Milanga had reduced India to 31-2 by taking two important wickets and sending shockwaves across 121 billion people.  But Gambhir, stood calm keeping a partnership with MS Dhoni of 109. This is the latest news, what else can I say? India was the first Twenty20 world cup winner and we are the biggest losers today! What a shame! This has happened because of IPL and there is no reason to deny this fact.
